David Kruse, North Dakota Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist David Kruse began his career in Hearing Healthcare in 1987, and in June of 1999, he went into private practice, opening Sheyenne Hearing Service in West Fargo. In 2001 he opened an office in Wahpeton. He was invited to join the Starkey Hearing Alliance in 2002, as one of the select members of their network.
